A Rum Fellow x FLOOR_STORY now online

Run by Caroline Lindsell and Dylan O’Shea, A Rum Fellow has become a destination for anyone looking for beautifully crafted and well-travelled design that befits a contemporary lifestyle, so we are naturally delighted to have collaborated with the duo for a rug capsule collection inspired by their travels to Guatemala.

We worked closely with Caroline and Dylan to make sure we really captured the essence of the beautiful and traditional handwoven tunics worn by Mayan women to this very day. The pair have taken 'snapshots' of the detail found in this traditional tribal dress producing three starkly different rugs, all sharing the same source of inspiration. Featuring recycled sari-silk and different textures these rugs have been a real challenge for us to master and the end results are all the more rewarding for it. Check out the collection here.
