Wasted Rugs

Wasted Rugs

Made from wool remnants, each rug unique in design.

Putting the Waste back into our 'Wasted' rugs

As part of our mission to become more environmentally conscious with our collections we have produced a new range of rugs which are made from wool wastage. The Wasted collection uses discarded wool from our hand knotted rugs to make an entirely new product.

As these can only be made when there is enough wool and the remnants will be various colours, the design itself is not made to order but autonomously designed and created by the weavers to produce entirely unique rugs.

The wasted yarns are either used as they come in a selection of colours which are then the basis of a geometric design, alternatively the yarns are re-dyed in a batch colour to create a tonal Hand Knotted rug in a textural singular colourway.
