_Rug Samples

Please note that samples are to scale, meaning the sample will show a small section of the rug design.
We require a deposit in order to send the sample out to you, this is refunded when we receive the sample back within the showroom.
The sample cost varies depending on construction, £50 for Jacquard, £75 for flatweave, £100 for tufted and £150 for hand knotted.
We will always send the largest sample size that is available.
We charge £10 UK shipping and £30 International shipping.
Shipping charges will be offset against any order placed.
A FREE returns label will be provided so you can easily send the sample back to us.

A signature design from Zandra Rhodes.

We are so excited to have collaborated with fashion icon Dame Zandra Rhodes. Zandra searched her archives and we have used 3 designs, Wiggle, Mexican Star and Star Wars

Wiggle is a signature design from the fashion house, we love its simplicity and use of bold colours. We have given the is piece extra dimension with the use of high and low piles.

The _Designer

As one of Britain’s fashion greats, Dame Zandra Rhodes, needs little introduction. For five decades, Zandra has been creating wonderful patterns and the designer is a key influencer of modern British pop culture. We’re absolutely thrilled that Zandra has recreated three of her iconic patterns in a series of rugs for FLOOR_STORY.

The _Construction

Tufted

Crafted by punching strands of yarn onto a stretched canvas frame, hand-tufting brings a deep and luxurious texture. The feel of a hand-tufted rug is hard to beat and the technique is ideal for a myriad of shapes, painterly lines and bright, contrasting colours.
