This Grade II listed Art Deco building, built in 1929, boasts a rich history. Originally the home of luxury fabric company Sanderson and later the headquarters for Columbia Pictures, it now serves as a vibrant co-working space. 

Spanning five floors, the modern space includes breakout areas, meeting rooms, and a communal terrace.

Design studio SODA sought bespoke tufted rugs to complement the interior design of this commercial space. The goal was to create rugs that would seamlessly integrate with the existing scheme while enhancing the overall look and feel of the workspace.

• Colour Selection: SODA’s internal team collaborated with our Shoreditch studio to select colours that matched the surrounding furnishings.
• Design Features: The rugs featured soft geometric patterns with intersecting elements, adding rhythm and movement to the arrival room and boardroom.
• Installation: Our team of three installers worked from detailed floor plans to lay the rugs and fit the underlay, completing the installation in just one day.
