THE RUG

The design concept featured a Seismic graph of an earthquake under the Kilauea volcano in Hawaii. It was very important to the client that we kept the integrity of the original graph within the rug. Through FLOOR_STORY’s skill and precision, the finished rug can be read in the same way as the original paper graph. The rug was hand-knotted by the team of incredible weavers in Nepal and is truly unique.
