Laura Spring scoops Scotland Re:Designed Award

A graduate of the Glasgow School of Art, Laura Spring has been creating something of a name for herself in the textile world, with her bold graphic prints found on fashion accessories, homeware and even stationery. Having honed her craft in theatres and on film sets, Laura decided to go 'out on her own' and created her label in late 2011.

Since then, her love for colour, print and the processes of creation haven't gone unnoticed and Laura has built a cult following, so it's no wonder that the judges of Scotland Re:Designed picked her as the favourite for the Interiors award. The awards are an intrinsic part of the events programme of the same name that has seen Scottish design taken to New York, Chicago and Hong Kong. Considered one of the most influential accolades in the Scottish design world, Laura's win is worthy praise indeed.
