This dynamic space is maximised by its ever-changing nature, displays of vintage fashion garments are on constant rotation depending on client appointments and briefs.

Beneath the evolving displays lies the Melting in Black by Henry Holland Studio pictured within the seating space with its melting silhouette spilling out onto the contrasting white flooring.

The craft of weaving at its finest

Amongst the display of unique vintage pieces lies the Carve rug, made in collaboration with the design studio.

The design was developed by subverting knitwear techniques such as ribbing into rug form, making it fit perfectly within this space both visually and contextually. A full 360 moment! We love how the rug echoes the textures included within the surrounding vintage pieces.

Influenced by technique, craft, function and beauty with large-scale stripes and oversized knitted stitches juxtaposed with more intricate prints to produce a striking contrast that makes us think about texture in a whole new way.

This rug is a masterpiece in the craft of weaving. Imagine a block of ice carved into a beautiful sculpture, this is how this rug is made. Hand knotted in one single colour then carved into shape to replicate the different knits. It’s subtle and bold all at the same time, just how we like it!
